We are having our own casting furnace unit for gravity die casting and sand casting of brass components situated near to our unit 1.

Our sister concern pressure die casting unit located in Delhi, Mangol puri Industrial Area with facility of pressure die casting machines capacity- upto 160 tons Taiwan and Germany make Machines.

We are having power presses capacity from 5 tons to 20 tons. We do all our fabrication works in our unit.

We are having Fully automatic rubber moulding machines for rubber washers and oil seals. All the material is checked for its hardness and material quality by testing lab in the unit.

Our approved tool room with facilities including vertical and horizontal milling machines, Surface grinder, reputed make Lathe machines, drill machines, spark erosion machine and necessary machinery for making our own Gravity dies, Pressure casting dies, Investment casting dies and Rubber moulding dies.

We make sure that each and every product is thoroughly checked and tested by our technical staff in our testing laboratory before dispatching to the customers. We are having proper testing facility for checking all the minute details of the products.
